Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
A. Ishvara Private Sessions
Payment
Payment is non-refundable once the booking has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
Rescheduling
Private Sessions may be rescheduled once when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
A no-show without notice results in forfeiture of the session.
If we need to reschedule
If Strong Daughter Institute needs to reschedule, the client will be offered another available appointment.
B. Ishvara Intensive
Investment

Rescheduling
The Intensive session may be rescheduled once when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Telegram integration support
Telegram integration support begins the next business day after the 120-minute Intensive session. Responses generally occur within 24–48 business hours.
Integration call
The 30-minute integration call is intended to occur within the 30-day Intensive container. It must be completed within 45 days of the 120-minute Intensive session. Unused integration calls expire after 45 days.
Recording
Where recording consent is provided, the recording remains available for three months. The client is responsible for downloading the recording before it is deleted.
Refunds
Payment is non-refundable once the Intensive is booked, except where required by applicable law.
C. Ishvara: Reclaim Your Light
Investment
Pay in full
$3,000 CAD + GST
Deposit
$500 CAD + GST
3-payment plan
$500 deposit + 3 × $850 CAD + GST
6-payment plan
$500 deposit + 6 × $425 CAD + GST
Either payment plan, total
$3,050 CAD + GST
Payment plans include a $50 administrative and convenience fee.
Deposit
The $500 CAD + GST deposit reserves your place after acceptance and forms part of the total program cost. It is non-refundable under the program’s stated policy, subject to applicable law.
Refund window
Refund requests under the program’s stated policy may be made through the seventh calendar day after the official program start date. Any eligible contractual refund excludes the $500 deposit.
After day seven, program fees are non-refundable under the stated program policy and remaining instalments remain due, subject to applicable legal rights.
Minimum cohort
Each cohort requires a minimum of six participants. If Strong Daughter Institute decides that a cohort cannot proceed because the minimum has not been reached, each participant will be asked whether they prefer to transfer to a future cohort or to receive a refund of program fees paid.
Supported spaces
Three supported spaces are available for each cohort at $1,000 CAD + GST. To request information about a supported space, email [email protected].
Recordings and community access
Participants retain access to Reclaim Your Light teaching recordings indefinitely while Strong Daughter Institute continues to host them on the applicable platform.
Sharing circles are confidential and are never recorded.
The Telegram community remains available after the formal program concludes. Active facilitator coaching and guaranteed response times end when the formal program concludes. During the program, facilitator responses generally occur within 24–48 business hours.
D. Workshops
These terms apply to online and in-person Strong Daughter Institute workshops.
Refunds
Workshop registrations are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Transfers
A registration may be transferred to another person, or transferred to another scheduled Strong Daughter Institute workshop within 12 months of the original event.
Requests to transfer a registration should be made before the original event begins.
If we cancel an event
Participants will be offered a transfer or refund.
