Your guide
Manpreet Dhillon
For more than 25 years I have worked across leadership, executive coaching, human resources, organisational change, equity and inclusion. I have also lived with chronic illness, grieved a life that did not unfold as I imagined, and carried leadership pressure, cultural expectation and private grief in the same body. I created Ishvara because I could not find a space that could hold all of me.

You may recognise yourself here
You built a life that looks
capable from the outside.
You lead teams, manage complexity, support family and keep showing up through circumstances most people cannot see. You have learned how to function through grief, work through exhaustion and make difficult decisions while privately questioning whether the life you built still fits who you are becoming.
Perhaps you are grieving
Someone you love
A relationship or marriage that ended
A changing vision of partnership, motherhood or family
Time you cannot recover
Your health or the body you once knew
A career, role or professional identity
The safety or belonging you hoped to experience
The life you thought you would have by now
An earlier version of yourself
There may have been no funeral. No socially recognised moment when people gathered around you. And yet the loss is real.

This is not a failure of resilience
Strength helped you survive. It helped you enter rooms where you were underestimated and lead through illness, grief and change. But strength can quietly become a role you are no longer permitted to leave.
You may have tried therapy, coaching, meditation, yoga, leadership programmes, retreats or better productivity systems. Some helped. But many addressed only one part of you at a time.
The problem is not that you have failed to do enough work on yourself. It is that very few spaces have been designed to hold the complexity of the whole woman you have become.
Ishvara brings your mind, body, heart, culture, leadership and inner life into the same conversation. Not so you can become a different woman, but so you can hear the woman beneath all the roles you have been carrying.
Another way is possible
The circumstances of your life may not disappear. You may still have responsibilities. The difference is that you are no longer carrying everything in the same way.
Application does not obligate you to enrol.

Choosing between offers
The Ishvara Intensive suits women who need immediate, personalised support now. Reclaim Your Light is for women ready for sustained support, community and a structured process.

The proprietary methodology inside the journey
A whole-person grief and leadership methodology built on one premise: grief, identity, leadership, culture, the body and purpose are not separate issues. They shape one another. Across four stages you move from surviving toward thriving.
Stage one · Weeks 1–3
We begin by bringing compassionate awareness to what you have been carrying: the grief, stress, transitions and survival patterns that shaped your relationship with yourself. You will not be asked to rush, perform or disclose more than feels appropriate.
This stage may support you in
You will explore: recognised and unrecognised grief, nervous-system education, somatic grounding, survival patterns, over-responsibility, the cost of always being the strong one.
Stage two · Weeks 4–6
Once there is greater awareness, we explore the woman beneath the roles. Who are you beyond the titles, responsibilities and inherited expectations? What do you value now? Where does duty end and conscious choice begin?
This stage may support you in
You will explore: identity beyond roles, cultural and intergenerational expectation, values and desires, intuition, self-worth, boundaries, guilt, duty versus desire.
Stage three · Weeks 7–9
Insight matters, but it becomes meaningful when it changes how you relate, decide, communicate and lead. This stage brings what you are learning into daily life.
This stage may support you in
You will explore: embodied decision-making, leadership from wholeness, communication, boundaries in practice, reducing overfunctioning, responding rather than reacting.
Stage four · Weeks 10–12
This is not about an impressive five-year plan. It is about listening for the life that feels true now, and what you want to create, contribute, experience and embody in the next chapter.
This stage may support you in
You will explore: purpose, personal vision, redefining success, creativity, contribution and impact, sustainable rhythms, community, legacy, a practical implementation plan.
Application does not obligate you to enrol.
Somatic insight
The work helped me understand what my body had been communicating long before I had words for it.

Leadership
Manpreet could hold both the leadership challenge and the personal grief beneath it. I did not have to choose which part of myself belonged in the room.

What becomes possible
The exact practices vary according to the curriculum, the group and what participants are ready to explore.
Foundation one
Return to your body.
Somatic practices support awareness of how stress, grief and survival patterns are experienced in the body. You will develop practices that support presence, grounding and greater connection with your physical experience.
Foundation two
Build sustainable rhythms of care.
Ayurvedic principles support reflection on nourishment, energy, daily rhythms, rest and practices that honour your individual constitution and capacity. These practices are educational and complementary. They do not replace medical care.
Foundation three
Understand what you have been carrying.
You will explore grief beyond bereavement, including identity loss, relationship change, chronic illness, cultural dislocation, career transition, unmet expectations and the life you thought you would have.
Foundation four
Lead yourself before abandoning yourself.
Leadership is not limited to a job title. It includes how you make decisions, hold boundaries, respond to responsibility, use your voice and create impact in your work, family and community.
Foundation five
You do not have to do this alone.
You will be surrounded by women who understand what it means to carry responsibility, complexity and expectation while rarely feeling fully seen. This is a non-performative space. You do not need to impress, rescue, advise or compete.

Your Ishvara experience
Materials are released progressively, so you focus on the stage you are moving through rather than receiving an overwhelming library at once.
12 live teachings
Each session introduces the week's teaching, framework and practices, with coaching and reflection where time allows. Sessions are recorded.
Why it matters: the learning arrives in sequence, so you are never asked to hold more than the stage you are in.
6 integration circles
Facilitated space to reflect, ask questions, practise being witnessed and integrate what is emerging. Circles are never recorded.
Why it matters: confidentiality is protected, so you can speak without managing how it sounds later.
2 private sessions
Private integration sessions to explore how the framework meets your own life, leadership, grief, transition or emerging vision.
Why it matters: the group gives you perspective, these give you specificity.
Telegram support
A private community space. Submit one question per voice note and Manpreet responds within one business day, by text or voice.
Why it matters: the hard moment rarely happens on a Wednesday at noon.
Lifetime access
Every teaching session stays available to you, so the material does not expire when the cohort ends.
Why it matters: you can return to a stage when life brings you back to it.
Progressive materials
Workbook sections, reflection questions, somatic and Ayurvedic practices, recorded meditations, boundary and communication tools, and vision resources.
Why it matters: you receive what the current stage needs, not an overwhelming library on day one.

Why I created Ishvara
I am Manpreet Dhillon, founder of Strong Daughter Institute. I understand the visible world of leadership: the expectations, the decisions, the experience of being the person others rely on. I also understand the parts of life that do not fit neatly into a professional biography.
I have lived with chronic and invisible illness. I have grieved a life that did not unfold as I imagined. I know what it is to hold leadership pressure, cultural expectation, racism, exclusion and private grief in the same body. For a long time I believed I could think, work or achieve my way through what I was carrying. But the body has its own wisdom. Eventually I had to learn that strength was not only the ability to continue. Strength could also be the willingness to pause, to listen, to grieve, to receive support, to choose a different way.

Traditional leadership coaching often ignored grief, culture, the body and systemic barriers. At the same time, many healing spaces could not hold professional complexity, ambition or the practical realities of leadership. Women were being asked to split themselves into pieces. Career here. Grief there. Culture somewhere else. Body and spirit only when there was time.
Ishvara brings those parts back together. This work is not about abandoning ambition. It is about creating a relationship with ambition that does not require abandoning yourself.

You want to reconnect with your body, voice, intuition and purpose.
You want stronger boundaries but need support moving beyond guilt.
You are accomplished but no longer want success at the expense of your peace.
You lead formally, or through your work, family, community or service.
You are open to grief education, somatic reflection, Ayurveda and whole-person practice.
You want a structured process rather than more information to consume.
